This 4.6 carat lab grown sapphire trillion shaped gemstone is set in a sterling silver setting with a rhodium finish. The rhodium finish protects the silver and makes for easy care. Cubic zirconias stones accent the setting. Pendant comes on the 18 inch rhodium plated silver bead chain shown. To clean: simple wash in a mild detergent like Dawn with a tooth brush. You do not want to put a rhodium plated piece of jewelry in any harsh chemicals.
