This genuine abalone shell is set in a blend of metals called alchemía by Charles Albert. Alchemía, a blend of base metals that look like 18k gold that will not change color and is hypoallergenic. Oval shell is 1 inch long and 3/4 inch wide and is on a 4mm thick band that is adjustable.
