These lab grown 5mm square ruby gemstones are set in a sterling silver prong earring setting with a rhodium finish. Rhodium has the appearance of white gold and adds strength to the silver, as well as, prolonging oxidation. Earrings have a silver earring back with a rubber cover that is easy to hold in your fingers. To clean: simple wash in a mild detergent like Dawn with a tooth brush. You do not want to put rhodium plated jewelry in any harsh chemicals.
