Jewelry Orders
All jewelry items come inside a jewelry gift box. Jewelry items can be gift wrapped and labeled for free at your request by leaving a comment at checkout.
You have the option to pick your shipping carrier on jewelry orders. Both UPS and USPS are available for your order. We do like to ship small jewelry orders through USPS because our package usually fits in your mailbox and is not sitting out on your porch. Please consider that when selecting a service.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of purchase, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed Monday through Saturday before 2:30pm ET will go out the same day. Orders for curbside pickup are processed during business hours and usually available within 1 hour for pick up. Orders placed with USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground will usually get your order to you within 1 to 4 business days. Your order's tracking number will be provided in an email so you can track your order.
Jewelry orders shipping rates ranges based on weight and region. Free shipping is available on jewelry orders of $100 or more but this discount cannot be combined with any other promotion. Discount is automatically applied at checkout. If you have non-jewelry items in your cart, your order will be charged a shipping fee for those items.
Gift & Decor Orders
The shipping rate for gift and decor items are calculated in the shopping cart based on size, weight and region.
Larger and heavier items in rare cases may require an additional shipping charges. We try our best to estimate shipping weights and sizes but sometimes we can be a bit off. We will pack up larger and heavier items and if additional shipping cost is needed we will invoice you the additional shipping charges. If the quote is more than you want to pay, the order can be cancelled.
All orders over $250 and orders containing one-of-a-kind, irreplaceable items, will be shipped requiring a signature for delivery.
