Orders and Shipping
All jewelry items come inside a jewelry gift box. Jewelry items can be gift wrapped and labeled for free at your request by leaving a comment at checkout. You have the option to pick your shipping carrier. Both UPS and USPS are available for your order. We do like to ship small jewelry orders through USPS because our package usually fits in your mailbox and is not sitting out on your porch. Please consider that when selecting a service.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of purchase, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed Monday through Saturday before 2:30pm ET will go out the same day. Orders for curbside pickup are processed during business hours and usually available within 1 hour for pick up. Orders placed with USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground will usually get your order to you within 1 to 4 business days. Your order's tracking number will be provided in an email so you can track your order.
Jewelry orders will be charged only $7.95 for USPS Priority Mail or $8.95 for UPS Ground. Free shipping is available on jewelry orders of $75 or more but this discount cannot be combined with any other promotion. Discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Some larger and heavier items may require an additional shipping charge. Items needing additional shipping will be packaged and inspected for a quote and then invoiced for any additional shipping charges separately. If the quote is more than you want to pay, the order can be cancelled.
Orders over $250 and orders containing one-of-a-kind, irreplaceable items, will be shipped requiring a signature for delivery.
