Ordering and Shipping
Why should I buy from BeJeweled?
Since we started our company in 2002, we have been committed to sourcing out fine handmade jewelry with high quality gemstones, as well as fossils, shells, sea glass and glass art. Each piece is skillfully crafted with precious metals or innovative metals that are durability and hypoallergenic. We are commitment to excellence and have built a reputation for customer satisfaction.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday between 10am and 2:30pm (Eastern Time) to go out the same day. Orders for pick up are processed between 10am and 6pm (Eastern Time) and are usually ready for pickup within an hour.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do offer free shipping on jewelry orders of $75 or more. This discount cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Discount is automatically applied in shopping cart.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we will gladly gift wrap our jewelry items and label them for free. Just add to the comment section during checkout.
Can I return an item that I changed my mind about?
Yes, all items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Please email us at info@shopbejeweled.com and we will email you a return label.
Will my item look like the photo?
We take extra time to photograph each item that is put on our website. Sometimes we do receive 2 to 3 pieces of one design. If the item in stock is somewhat different than the photo we will contact you. We will send you an image of the item that is in stock so you can review it and confirm that you like the variation.
I need a different size ring in the design I like?
Our jewelry is made in small batches and each piece is handmade. In some cases we will have only one size available in a ring design. The majority of our rings can be sized or some designs can be special ordered. If the ring is sizable, we will include that information in the product description.
