Sterling Silver Fossilized Mammoth Ivory Spiral Earrings
These tear shaped earrings have genuine fossilized mammoth ivory set with intricate silver spirals. Dangle earrings are 2 inches long and 9/16 inch wide and come with a pair of clear rubber earring stoppers for the ear wires. Now extinct, the Mammoth roamed the earth until about 15,000 years ago. Mammoth ivory is usually found by gold miners in Alaska and Canada. This material is legal to carve and own. Care: Due to the natural state of the ivory, use only a jewelry cleaning cloth to polish any metal. Do not use jewelry cleaners, chemicals, soaps, or detergents. Avoid extreme heat, moisture, and soaking.
