This sapphire 6x9mm tear gem is set in a sterling silver setting with a rhodium finish. Pendant is 1 inch long and 1/4 inch wide and comes on an 18 inch long sparkly cable chain. To clean: simple wash in a mild detergent like Dawn with a tooth brush. You do not want to put a rhodium plated piece of jewelry in any harsh chemicals.
